Office Hours
Summer 8am - 9pm, Winter 8am - 8pm. Please try to complete transactions during these hours.
Arrivals & Departures
Balance of accounts is payable on arrival. Payment must be made for full time booked. No reduction for early departures or late arrivals. Maximum tariffs apply during peak times. Check out time- 10am.
Money
ALL of our prices quoted in New Zealand currency, are PER night and INCLUSIVE of 12.5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). We accept Visa, Master Card and New Zealand cash.
New Zealand banks are 5 minutes away for most currency exchanges during nromal business hours.
Booking Local Activities & Attractions
We have a full booking service and are able to book most attractions and activities in the Nelson and Abel Tasman National Park area. We offer vehicle and luggage storage.
Breakage or Damage
Please report any damage or breakages so that we can repair and/or replace.
TV & Internet
TV room and internet kiosk open from 8am - 9pm and is located near the office and inside the main kitchen/dining area. Internet access - $2 for 20 minutes. Wireless Internet access - $6 per hour.
Telephone
Public card phone located next to office. Phone cards sold at reception.
Laundry
Washing machines & dryers are located in 2 of our 3 facility blocks. Washing machines take 2 x $2 coins (includes laundry detergent) and dryers are 1 x $2 coin for half an hour drying. Coins available from reception.
Pets
No animals are allowed into the Holiday Park unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners. NO animals allowed inside any of the accommodation- a $150 surcharge will be applied if evidence of an animal is found in the units.
Messages & Mail
Please check the notice board for your name and collect any messages or mail from reception. We do not deliver messages.
Visitors
ALL visitors must report to the Office on arrival and leave Holiday Park no later than 9pm. Visitors are to park vehicles out on Fearon Street, not inside park property thank you.
After Hours
A 24 hour call button is located at the front of reception to contact the owners in case of emergency or disturbance.
Conduct
To ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times. This includes reasonable behavior, language and dress at all times. All alcohol is to be consumed on your site or in your unit. No noise between 10pm and 7am.
Cancellations
A full refund will be given if cancelled by 2pm on the day of arrival. After this time a refund will only be given if the unit or site can be resold.
